Ashbourne Medical Practice no longer offers private travel vaccinations, however we can administer vaccines needed for travel which are available on the NHS.

Our reception team will be happy to provide a copy of your vaccination history on request.

After consulting the links above to see which vaccinations are recommended for your travel, you should visit a travel clinic to arrange any necessary private vaccinations. Whilst we cannot recommend any particular services, there are a number of travel clinic available in Derbyshire. Be aware that some vaccinations are given in courses, so please allow plenty of time before you travel to make arrangements. 

If it is recommended that you should receive vaccinations funded by the NHS, including Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Diptheria, Tetanus or Cholera, please ask the travel clinic for a print out of what you need and book an appointment with a Practice Nurse for this to be administered free of charge.
